Our product has stood the test of some of the toughest kitchens. We use stoneware of the highest quality and fire it at 1.280ºC to obtain highly resistant pieces.

What if my order is damaged or broken when it arrives?
Any breakage must be reported to us within 5 days to receive any replacements. Please keep the packaging materials in addition to the broken pieces and send us a picture so that we are able to file a claim and replace the broken pieces free of charge.

What is the turnaround time for hospitality industry orders?
Timelines for orders depend on the quantity of the order and the number of customized pieces. We typically require a 4 week lead time for most orders (plus shipping). This allows time for us to accommodate any anomalies that come up as we produce your order. We can’t start your order until we receive a deposit. The delivery date will be predicted accordingly.

Can you put the restaurant/hotel logo on the product?
Sure! Orders with a custom logo/image increase the price/unit per piece by €0.50.
